202. Meridian Extensions, Six Divisions, Eight Temperaments
Overview:
In this level of study students take on the Six Divisions theory of the body, mind and spirit and discover how it affects Temperament and Personality, and how it inspired Master Masunaga to discover the Meridian Channel extensions throughout the body. The ancients saw the Yin Yang theory extended out into the world as gradual transformations through time and space. They articulated how Yin slowly converts to Yang and Yang to Yin when studying the nature of change in any natural system. This recognition of the stages of transformation in any living moving system led to deep and powerful insights in all areas subject to observation. In this class, we explore the application of this transformational theory to both the physical body and the psycho spiritual through the Masunaga Meridian Extension Theories and the Eight Temperaments theory of Yves Requena.

In addition, tongue and pulse Assessment are practiced as tools for discernment of signs and symptoms.
