Applying is Easy!

Thank you for your interest in HeartMind Bodywork.  We admit students and make available to them all advantages, privileges and courses of study without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability.

All submissions accepted electronically or on paper.

How to apply for HeartMind Basic and/or Advanced Shiatsu Training:

1. Open our application form – detailed instructions included in the form.  Choose one:
   • Link to PDF – print the form and fill it out
   • Download WORD document – complete the form electronically
2. Complete the form (on-line or on paper)
3. Send us your completed application and $50 application fee.  Should you enroll, your application fee is applied to your tuition balance.

We’ll evaluate your application and get back to you shortly.  If you are interested in taking advantage of our “early bird” discounts (typically payment in full 1 month prior to course start), please allow time for this.

Apply for 2012′s September Basic Training by July 12 and we’ll extend our Early Bird discount and waive the application fee for you!
